Returns/ Refunds Policy

All items in the store are sold as-is with no refunds, no exchanges permitted. The only exception to this rule is on purchases of Appliances and electronics.

All donations to the ReStore are done under the assumption that all items are in working order. All appliances have a seven day warranty return policy with valid receipt.

• Washers/ Dryers
• Refrigerators (excludes ice maker)
• Ranges, Ovens
• Water heaters
• AC units
• Disposals
• Commercial Ice Makers
• Hot tubs
• Pumps
• Microwaves
• Stand alone freezers
• Hoods

All electronics have a seven day, store credit warranty return policy with valid receipt.

• Items considered electronics include:

• Radios
• Vacuums
• Monitors
• Curling irons
• TVs
• Printers
• Treadmills (other electronic exercise equipment)
• Alarm clocks
• VCR
• Light fixtures (including fans)
• Small kitchen appliances (blenders, bread makers, toasters, etc)
• Telephones
• Lawn equipment (gas and electric)
